Classical Spanish, bred by Maxwell, his female tail line traces back to Verapaz, one of the famous mares of the Duke of Veragua.  Ghandour for himself was Senior Res. Champion and Ridden Champion Oostende (Belgium) 1988, he is full brother to Esplendor (chief sire Tersk) and Estepa (Jun.
