"Imported in utero by the Steen Ranches (foaled at Morristown, New Jersey).  He was sold at public auction in 1967 for $1200 to J. H. Dunn who was responsible for demonstrating the stallion’s pre-potency as sire, and again in 1972 to Bru-Mar-Ba Arabians. Many of his get became extremely successful in the show ring, catapulting him high on the list of America’s sires of significance. He died on April 1, 1991."
