Foaled in Spain and registered as Abha Lac, his name was changed to *Abha Don when he was exported to the United States at the age of 7 months.  He was sold as a yearling to Phyllis Austad.

One Spanish-related daughter, Dona Carina (x Tiaras Topaz [Egyptian cross]) was exported from the United States to Germany as a 7-yr-old.
